Citrus and Sticky. This is another family recipe that has had a 2025 facelift. We use Hold Fast Distillery London Dry Gin as an additional flavour to this beautiful marmalade. Many of the best gins in the world use citrus as a botanical, typically orange due to its versatility and availability. This time instead of letting the orange enhance the gin, we are letting the gin enhance the orange (and other citrus) to create a delightfully decadant marmalade that you will keep coming back for more! The alcohol has been cooked out so there is no fear of being over the limit at breakfast time. Comes in a 200g jar, hand made and hand crafted in the beautiful Jervis Bay!
