Jam but better! This is an old family recipe that my mother and grandmother had made for years. The only difference is the addition of Hold Fast Distillery's London Dry Gin.  This adds an extra freshness of flavour from the delightful balance of botanicals with the fresh strawberry, not too sweet and not too tart.
