The hint of juniper makes this seasoning unique and a perfect match for any pork or vegetable dishes. This seasoning is used in house at Hold Fast Distilleries restaurant Troopers Rest. It is used on grilled vegetables, beef, chicken and lamb. 
 
Ingredients include Himalayan Pink Salt, Brown Sugar, Juniper, Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Rice Flour, Mild Chilli Powder and Cardamom.
